Returns & Exchanges

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade Italian pewter. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack the items in their original MATCH signature gift boxes and protective shipping cartons to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and use a trackable shipping method to send the collection back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs, within 7-10 business days.
